What if my TV advert is also used online as an ad?
For online use, simply add the online buy-out in the calculator. This ensures everything remains legally compliant.
What is BSF?
BSF (Basic Session Fee) is a one-off fee of {bsf} per commercial recording. On top of that, there is the buy-out per chosen medium and broadcast channel (online, radio, or TV). If you combine multiple broadcast channels in one order, for example, radio plus TV plus online, then you pay one BSF plus buy-outs per channel.
How many provinces or regions are covered by one regional advert?
As soon as your campaign runs in multiple regions without being nationwide, this falls under the competitive regional all-inclusive rate.
Do you provide broadcast-ready audio for TV?
You receive professionally mastered audio, ready for your editor or broadcaster to process further. You handle the final mix and loudness for broadcast in your edit.
Are the broadcast rights valid for all national radio stations?
Yes, the national buy-out covers all your broadcasts on national stations within your chosen scope.
How quickly will the audio for my local TV advert be ready?
Most voices deliver your recording within one working day, ready for your TV editor.
How is my voice-over price calculated?
For telephony, corporate video, and e-learning, we calculate based on your script length. For corporate video and e-learning, the first 200 words are included in the basic rate. For 202 words, you only pay per extra word. There is no jump to a higher block. For commercials, the medium, reach, and buy-out are factored in. Telephony starts from {price} excluding VAT. Calculate your exact rate in the calculator or choose a voice.
Can I also broadcast on a regional station with a local advert?
Yes, the local rate is specifically for broadcast via one local or regional broadcaster.
Is the voice-over ready to be edited into my video straight away?
Yes, you receive a clean, finished audio track that you can drag straight into your editing software.

You receive professionally mastered WAV files in the formats your telephone switchboard expects, plus separate files per message. They are ready for upload to VoIP or your traditional switchboard.
How quickly will I receive my recording?
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away. We deliver most projects within one working day. For longer scripts or during busy periods, you will see the estimated delivery date before you pay.
What happens if my podcast is still online after three months?
You can easily extend the usage rights via your account. This keeps your audio legally covered.
Can I request a free demo recording first?
Yes. Choose a voice, send a short script, and you will receive a free demo recording with no obligation. This way, you can hear the tone before you book a full project.

Does the online buy-out apply to all my social media channels simultaneously?
Yes, you choose your desired reach and duration in the calculator. Your rights apply to all your selected online channels.
What is a buy-out?
A buy-out is the right to use your voice-over on the chosen medium. You pay this in addition to the recording (BSF). Choose the medium, duration, and number of commercials in the calculator. You will see the total amount before you pay.
